IMO the problem may stem from the Titans' lack of participation in the FA market; after all, they had some serious $$$ in cap to spend.
All the money in the world and they got cheap. The first bad sign was when they refused to give Travis Henry an $8 million dollar bonus and ended up cutting him and letting the Broncos steal him. That move hurt more than any other since he was the cornerstone of the turnaround last year, more so than Vince Young. Then they didn't even land an impact free agent or a blue chip WR in the draft. Paul Williams, Chris Henry and Nick Harper better play their asses off this year.....
Yep, I don't even understand the Henry deal...I wonder if it is just one of those things where Fisher is in the last year of his deal, and knows he can get big bucks somewhere else and just kind of said...hey...it's your team, do what you want....
