The Indianapolis Colts have traded 2013 preseason sensation Caesar Rayford to owner Jerry Jones and the Dallas Cowboys in exchange for an undisclosed draft pick. Rayford was a great training camp and preseason success story for the Colts. Undrafted out of Washington, he played in the CFL and the Arena Football League before getting signed by the Colts in May of this year. During preseason, Rayford was a sack machine, earning five in four games while playing exclusively at outside linebacker. The Rayford trade comes on the heels of the Colts acquiring outside linebacker Cam Johnson via a trade with the 49ers. Source: SBNation.com
Re: Colts Trade LB Ceasar Rayford To Cowboys I like it. But, if he was so good, why did Indy give him up?:icon_confused:
Re: Colts Trade LB Ceasar Rayford To Cowboys Doesnt fit a 3-4. Not a good run defender Sent from my HTC Vivid
I just saw on Facebook that a number of Colts fans are pissed that the conditional draft pick for Rayford is in 2015, and not 2014. IMO, who cares? They didn't have to do the deal. No one held a gun to their head.
Don't know how this has anything to do with Spencer. I'm not sold on our LB's. Lee and Carter are solid if they stay healthy, but the rest are question marks IMO.
