Prior to their meeting with the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday, Green Bay Packers linebacker Clay Matthews told the media that they would "put a licking" on Colin Kaepernick. During the first quarter on Sunday, Matthews certainly got his licks in, albeit late, out of bounds, and rather dirty. Following the play, Kaepernick's teammates ran over to defend their quarterback, and a brief melee ensued. Both teams were penalized for the incident, but Kaepernick eventually got the best of the situation, hitting Anquan Boldin for a 10-yard touchdown. Source: Sporting News

Not sure Id call that a, "fight". Either way, it was effective. They managed to scare Kapernick and get in his head. You'll notice he didnt try to run the ball like he did in their last meeting.
