Morris Claiborne suffered a dislocated shoulder in the win over the New York Giants but should play against Kansas City, a source said. The cornerback suffered the injury in the third quarter of Sunday night’s game. He left the field for several plays and had the shoulder put back in place by Dr. Dan Cooper, one of the team’s physicians. He returned and finished the game. Claiborne missed a significant amount of practice time in training camp with a jammed knee and will likely be limited in practice leading up to Sunday’s game against the Chiefs. His arm will be in a harness as he recovers. Source: Dallas Morning News
According to Mike Fisher on The Fan this morning, Claiborne is going to play on Sunday wearing some kind of harness. That's a risky move on the Cowboys' part, because he could injure his shoulder more.
Really depends what grade of separation. Of he has gone and totally separated then there is really not much more damage to be done. I played with a separated shoulder back in the day. Hurt like hell but I can be done Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2
well, i know he will not be looking to tackle much. he will be avoiding contact, especially on the sore side.
I just hope the coaching staff knows what they are doing. The last thing we need is our starting CB out for the year because he completely hecked himself up.
