Saints placekicker Garrett Hartley hit a 27-yard field goal as time expired to give the Saints a 16-14 victory at Tampa Bay on Sunday. Trailing 13-7, But Tampa Bay came back to take a 14-13 lead when Mason Foster intercepted a pass by Brees and returned it 85 yards for a touchdown with 12:40 remaining in the game. The Buccaneers had a chance to take the lead, but placekicker Rian Lindell missed a 47-yard field goal with 1:06 left in the game. Then the Saints drove for the game-winning field goal. It was a crazy start for both teams after the game was delayed one hour and nine minutes because of lightning with the Saints leading 3-0 with 10:30 left in the first quarter. that was the hardest hitting defense I saw against us since the 49ers playoff game in 2011. If they ever get an offense to go with that defense then this division could be the best in the league. And to the artist formerly known as 127, LOL.
