Are you happy being 6-10 in 2010? How about 8-8 the last two years? I'm not. And he is the main reason why.

How and why is he the reason. I saw an offense that was out scoring their opponents last year only to be out scored because the defense couldn't hold. Lead. That happened last two years.

Damn you JJ why couldn't you play defense.

JJ has also drafted Dez Bryant, Sean lee, Tyron Smith, Travis Fredrick, Demarcus Ware, Jason Witten.

Sorry man.. But JJ didn't draft those guys. The coaches and scouts did. I don't think Jerry has as much a hand in what goes on as we think. I am a huge JJ hater, but I think our problem lies much deeper than just our draft picks. I think it starts with the atmosphere of the franchise and then leaks down to the coaching staff. I think were JJ fails is he always tries to make excuses instead of results. There is very little accountability at Valley Ranch.

While I agree you can't pin the bad draft picks but not the good ones it's a two way street

Not gonna argue that. I do think that to change the .500 ways it has to start from the top and work all the way down. As much as I can't stand the Patriots, they have a recipe for success that has worked for over a decade. They may not win the SB every year, but they are relevant and compete for the title every year. If we want to succeed we need to model our franchise like that. And it pains me to say that. But I have to give credit where credit is due.
