Geno Smith is all growns up. The Jets rookie -- maligned at various times ever since the first night of the 2013 NFL Draft for silly things like leadership, et al -- became just the first rookie quarterback (Carson Palmer was a rookie in 2003 ...) since the merger to go on the road, complete more than 75 percent of his passes, throw three touchdowns and pull out a win. Source: CBSSports.com markaz's Take: Until Monday night Geno Smith had the highest number of T/O's for the first four (4) games of a player's career in NFL history. One game later and the media is preparing him for the Hall of Fame. I love New York!!
well, i think i was in steadfast denial that the jets were playing better this year because i can't stand them. but, their defense is legit. they are very fast and play hard. their offense seems to be developing some chemistry and also plays hard. as much as i hate to say it, the jets are a competitive team. it sucks because now their arrogance will come back and we have to listen to all of that crap.
