Fan Ticketed For Throwing Football In Chargers Stadium Parking Lot

Fans will have to think twice about throwing a football around in the parking lot. Well, at least the fans in San Diego will after a recent incident in Qualcomm Stadium's parking lot.

We got in trouble by security at work once for throwing a football on break.

 

It also was supposed to be a $280 fine :icon_eek:

 

Out of all the things I've seen and heard about cops writing a ticket for, this is the most ridiculus thing I have ever heard about anyone getting a ticket for. Sportscenter mentioned this on tv yesterday and said the ticket was thrown out in court.

 

Cops that do crap like this is why people don't like cops, and give good cops a bad name. Obviously they were out to do nothing more than to heck up someone elses good time for no good reason. Miserable pr**ks.

 

just how the hell is throwing a football in the parking lot dangerous? there are fights going on all over,and these butthole cops give out tickets for tossing a football around? that is both stupid and sad!

 

I remember at a Bears game back in 2008 where someone was throwing a football in the parking lot and it hit the hood of my dad's car FOUR times. They didn't get the ball back after the fourth time. That's still a sad reason to give someone a ticket though.

 

I'am one of those people that can't stand certain cops. I respect what they do for a living but some are just complete buttholes just because they have a gun and a badge.

 

Hey look...there are rules and crap. Follow them. It's not that hard...lol.

 

Maybe that's one of the reasons NFL attendance is down. The NFL does stand for No Fun League, doesn't it?

A Lot of people don't take their families not only because of the expensive tickets,but they are scared for their loved one's safety. looks like the local law enforcement should start looking for the real problem fans and let up on people just tossing a football around and not bothering anybody. most cops are good people,but there are a lot of them who think of themselves as god carrying a gun and a badge.

 

Tossing a football around...that's a bother if I'm just trying to sit there and get crap faced before the game.
