A Pennsylvania man has sought an injunction that he hopes will keep the San Diego Chargers out of the postseason for what he feels was unjust entry because of bad calls in Week 17, according to the Baltimore Sun. The "temporary emergency injunction" was filed last week, prior to the Chargers' playoff victory at the Cincinnati Bengals, by Daniel L. Spuck of Mercer, Pa. — which is about an hour north of Pittsburgh — claiming that the Chargers should not have been in the postseason because of a missed call in the game between the Chargers and Kansas City Chiefs in the final week of the regular season. http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-s...junction-remove-san-diego-153820166--nfl.html
pennsy is an awesome state minus that little backwards, inbreed producing section west of the susquahanna river.
It's lawsuits like that one that demonstrate how the judicial system is so backed up and clogged up with frivolous lawsuits.
