    Troy was never about stats, but he was unquestionably the leader of those 90's teams.

    I will leave it up to the Cowboy fans to decide that one about best Cowboy qb. Personally I would have to go with Staubach. Sure, he did well but remember he did military time first. Not like he came there right out of college. Imagine a qb doing that right now.
