My issue is I have a 12 team league and my top wr is K.Allen and he is facing Sherman in week 2. I have his counterpart M.Floyd along with S.Smith Sr, but it would be nice to have one of your recommendations since I foresee Sherman shutting down K.Allen. Thanks
We do our waiver wire first thing Monday morning. I get up for 6am EST next week, so you should see several options by the time you get a chance to come to the site.
I wouldn't worry about Sherman vs your WR. Look what GB did last night facing him. They put Boykin on his side of the field and he never matched up against Nelson. The media is making a big deal about how GB never threw towards Sherman. No crap, it was by choice. I expect plenty of teams to do the same thing this year until Seattle decides to allow Sherman to play both sides of the field.
Good point. I didn't realize that Sherman only stayed on his side and didn't follow the top receiver. Plus P.Rivers arrogance won't stop him from throwing Sherman's way
Came in to post this exactly. Until they start moving Sherman, all the opposition has to do is put their best guys on the other side.
Also good point with Rivers, glad other people notice it. When Vincent Jackson was in SD all Rivers did was throw it to him. Double, triple quadruple coverage, didn't matter. Rivers throws to his guy.
