http://www.kmbc.com/entertainment/forgotten-by-the-rock-and-roll-hall-of-fame/2759298 I was absolutely shocked by some of the names on this list. And I thought Goodell & Co. was bad!
You could actually tell me that whole List was in the rock and roll hall of fame and I wouldn't argue with you.
How are half of those not already in? This hall seems to be even worse than baseball's. Well at least that'll make me feel a little better if green day doesn't get in for a while.
Much better example. I agree WARD that almost all could be worthy. The one's that really stuck out to me are: Jethro Tull Chicago Grand Funk Railroad Moody Blues Jim Croce Emerson, Lake and Palmer The Doobie Brothers Steve Miller Band Journey Def Lepard Bon Jovi I thought maybe the list was just a prank when I saw Chicago and The Doobie Brothers weren't in. Although not a big fan of some on my list, their impact on R&R can't be denied (except by the HOF).
the fact that any rap group is in before these groups is a pathetic thing for this so called rock n roll hall of fame.
I like some rap. I think the majority of it sucks though. Especially mainstream. And the fact that it's in the rock hall of fame is pretty much a joke.
I don't really care too much about the HOF, but as far as the musicians they listed as snubs, the ones that meant the most to me and what I like, I wish these 3 were in more than others: The Replacements The Smiths The Cure
Gene Simmons of KISS and I agree with you as well: http://www.bet.com/news/music/2014/...belong-in-the-rock-and-roll-hall-of-fame.html
He's right and it's THE ROCK AND ROLL HALL OF FAME...NOT the music hall of fame, not the Trip Hizzle - hip hop hall...
