Week 8 MNF: Washington Redskins @ Dallas Cowboys

Joe,why were you so sure dallas was gonna lose? up till tonight,they were the league's hottest team.
i was convinced the skins had zero chance of winning tonight.

 

1- They were due

2- Rivalry games like this tend to play out like this

3- I liked Grudens desision to keep the QB a game time desision. RG3 and McCoy are both very different and the Cowboys had to gameplan for both

 

Cowboys were due. No one gives a shirt about Monday night.

If there is a chance he may play, you need to prep for him

 

That being said, Im not taking anything away from the Skins. We got ouplayed this game. And fact of the matter we got outplayed the most on the offensive side of the ball

 

Really like Breeland coming out. CBs are winning today being physical

 

i was not disappointed with the results of this game

Really, Captain Obvious?

 

The Redskins beat the Cowboys at their own game. In the second half, the Redskins had a 21 minutes to 9 minutes edge in TOP.

 

This was the best redskins/cowboys game i have seen since the 1978 game in dallas at the end of the season.
john riggins had 160 yards rushing,the skins were up by 17 points 2 times,and staubach threw a td pass to drew pearson to win the game,35-34.

 

Congrats! There were certainly enough up and down moments.

I still can't believe they let Romo return to the game. Weeden was playing ok, and a shaky, nervous, and scared Romo is never EVER a good thing...

 

i was more mystified they did not run the ball after the 50 yard run by murray down to the 8 yard line.instead,they threw 2 slants to bryant which he dropped 1 and got the other smacked away.on that last drive after an 8 yard run,they threw 3 straight incomplete passes to end the game. they would have scored a td the 1st time and would have easily gotten the 1st down and kept the game going that last series.
