On that subject..... Lucas tried to secure the rights to LOTR back in the 80's and after he couldnt decided to make Willow instead. Now I do like Willow, but watching that movie makes me very happy that Lucas was not able to aquire LOTR. Not to say that he wouldn't have been able to make a good trilogy, but at the timing wasnt right
