Ndamunkong Suh wins appeal, will play vs. Cowboys

Just read on Twitter that Suh has won his appeal and will only be fined. He gets to play on Sunday. (Sorry, don't have a link, maybe someone else can find one).

If Suh injures Romo, Goodell will never hear the end of it, wether he made the call or not.

Not surprised. Wonder when the NFL will ever make a sensible, logical decision again?

 

Increasing Romos chance for injury seems both sensible and logical to me.

 

It's not an offense that is worthy of a suspension. If you want to talk about his whole "portfolio," then it is...but this one instance, it's not. It's not comparable to Raiola's. Raiola's was extremely malicious. Suh's was more of an "extra shot" after the play was over...and that happens on every play. For example:

the intent was malicious, that's all that matters but like ram29 says the nfl is all staged so it just brought some more drama during wild card week. i mean c'mon you really think rogers got hurt ?

Here's a stat I heard this week.

When Suh is in the game, opposing team's yards per carry: 3.0. When Suh isn't, opposing team's yards per carry: 3.8.

 

I hope his frozen feet don't lead to him not realizing he's doing jumping jacks on Romo's back.

 

I think he has an anger management issue. Wonder if the Cowboys' OL is going to do something to push his buttons enough to get him kicked out of the game.

 

If I'm the Cowboys, I don't want to provoke him for fear that it leads to penalties against themselves. Just play the game straight up and let Suh get out of control on his own right.

 

lions have a the league's best running defense i think.if dallas can run on them,they will be hard to beat sunday. if the lions knock romo out the game early,i can't see weeden leading the cowboys to a victory though.
if romo plays the whole game,dallas wins 24-14 i think.

 

They said it would be a miracle of Fairley plays. Thats gonna hurt.

Also their run defense is good, but not as good as stats suggest. They really havent player many good running teams. Im more worried about Johnson and Tate dictating the game then Detroits run D honestly
