I think if Prescott plays well, and Im just talking well as in they can count on him as a starter not nessisarily as a top end guy, Romo wont be a Cowboy in 2017

BTW what did you think of Prescotts start?

I did he did fairly well for a rookie starter against what could be a very good defense. But there is an awful lot to clean up.

I didnt get to watch Wentz, but the stat line looked good

 

didn't get to see the cowboys game. I was ummm, tired after the eagles game.

 

Dak was OK in the first half, but he seemed to be worse in the second half.

Don't know why the coaching staff didn't use Morris more in the game. His runs were more effective than Zeke's were.

One pass to Dez for the whole game didn't help.

The coaching staff needs to open up the playbook. Too conservative yesterday, IMO.

 

One pass for Dez? More like 5 passes for Dez...he only caught one. Seriously, the drops need to stop now.

Prescott was ok, I guess, but he seemed handcuffed the whole game. 4th round rookies usually are like that. I understand the coaching staff wants to take it slow, but one or two passes longer than 15 yards would have been nice. I saw Zeke very anxious...he didn't wait for the line to open the way for him, and that's why he averaged 2.5 yards per carry. As usual, we will go as far as the defense lets us...I see one more 8-8 season in front of us.

 

maybe zeke needed to smoke a lil tree before the game ?
