The "I Just Watched This Movie" Thread.

Ok, so I keep trying to watch Diggers... and falling asleep. Is it worth trying to get through the whole thing, or should I scrap it and send it back to blockbuster?

 

I watched part of Beerfest today. Awful. Just plain awful. I think I might have laughed once in the first hour of the movie. After that I just scanned for tits.

 

My brother loved Beer Fest, but he could be severely wrong.

 

watched the Prestige for the first time last night...not a bad movie at first...then it got a little too far out there...

 

"The Last Detail" starring Jack Nicholson and Randy Quaid. It's a classic from 1973 about two Navy Petty officers who have to transport a thief to the brig. Definitely worth a rental.

I watched The Simpsons the other day - thought it was very funny at the start but quickly faded 6/10

I get off on "Classic" films.

I just watched "Inherit the Wind" on TCM tonight: 1960-Spencer Tracy, Fredric March, Gene Kelly, Harry Morgan (MASH) and Claude Akins (Planet of the Apes)--Directed by Stanley Kramer.

It's about the Scopes Monkey trial of 1925--if you love good films this is a must see!

TMNT - Better than I thought it would be. Not going to win an award anytime soon but still it was better than that crap they served up in the late 80's-early 90's. The movie had more of a feel of the original comics.

 

I finally saw Assault on Precinct 13..pretty good.

 

Soul Man - Holy crap is this movie racist, the only reason it is good.

Yes it would be. well worth the $0 I paid to see it. I would actually go see this in a theater again, and pay!
