i work swing shifts 12 hr days or nights and not normal mon thru friday i work


fri sat sun mon all nights 5 p.m to 5 a.m
then i go back in fri sat sun all days 5a.m to 5.pm
then back in tues wed thur all nights 5p.m to 5a.m
then back in mon tues wed thur all days 5a.m to 5.p.m

then i get what we call long break which is fri sat sun mon tues wed thur off then we go back in fri night and start cycle all over again
