Boogie Nights - Love that freaking movie......

I finally got around to cfreaking this out. I expected to either love or hate it, leaning on hating it. I generally don't like over the top action movies, which I expected this to be. I liked it a lot though. I'm not sure if I would want to watch it multiple times, but it was a good watch. I preferred the show Rome though.

Just finished watching a bunch, and I haven't kept up...so awayyyyyyyyyyyy we go...
1) The Condemned (with Stone Cold Steve Austin)...crap....think Survivor meets Stone Cold.....don't expect much
2) We Are Marshall.....freaking awsome....I didn't really know much about the crash, before that, but ....very well done.
3) Death Of A President....IMO a dream come true, fictional story...but really cool.


Death Proof comes out on Tuesday so I'll watch that this weekend. Didn't watch DOA, but didn't care about it.....

I don't remember saying that I saw the Kingdom. Sometimes this customer that works at AMC give us screening passes for the theater down the street. The Kingdom was an awsome movie. Something you just have to see. There was 1 scene filmed here in Phoenix, and you should be able to spot it easily....
So yeah.....I'll let ya all know what else is comming up....

I forgot how great this movie was. I'm glad I went back to check it out again. Jack's the crap.

freaking LOVE that movie... when i first saw it many years ago, i couldn't fully appreciate it like i do now. a devastating film.

watched "Some Kind of Monster" yesterday. i really don't like any of Metallica's new stuff, but god**mn that's an entertaining documentary--or as Ronnie B. would call it, a rock-u-mentary

 

Going to watch "The Program."

I liked it. It was one of my favorite football movies.

A classic. I laugh every time.

 

Yup, too bad Sean Penn doesn't even acknowledge this role anymore, it was his best.
