I don't nominate anyone. Steve gets a pass because #5 pissed me off big time with his comments. I hate when he opens his mouth for the most part.

Others that are deserving of this award have already been nominated. I won't double nominate someone since they've already been nominated and it makes no sense to do so.

Yeah, it's still a pet peeve of mine when people nominate someone who has already been nominated.
