After hearing the crowd today in the Chargers loss you have to wonder if the fans don't just rise up and take out Norv.

 

that might help them in reg season but they still need a fill in couch for the playoffs schottenloser cant win in post season.

 

Norv Turner couln't coach a girls grade school soccer team- let alone a NFL team. I hope they fire him and he never works a football job again.

 

This guy has made a career out of running an offense. He can do that easily. What he can't do is be the head guy. He just can't seem to motivate his teams.

 

Why he's even having an nfl Job, let along a head coaching one, is really freaking beyond me.

 

He's a pretty damn good OC, but has failed miserably at every HC shot he's been given. We'll take him back to coach the offense, no prob.

I highly doubt Norv Turner would be able to coach a college team, high school team or a pop warner team either.

Ya gotta believe that you can be a success. If not, you have no business being in this league.

If Marty Schotteneimer was still their HC, the Chargers would be 3-1 right now instead of 1-3. I don't care what talent Norv Turner is given. This talent that he's currently has right now is the best talent he's ever coached and he's still finding ways to heck it up.

 

Yeah fire Norv now so we can sign him back as OC.

 

Still an upgrade over Norv Turner though.

 

Marty will never coach in SD as long as AJ Smith is the GM...and Charger fans don't blame AJ for anything that goes wrong with this team. IMO, he should've been the one who was fired instead of Marty.

 

Hiring Norv as an OC would have been a smart move on AJ Smith's part but I do agree that Smith needs to be fired for hiring Norv as an HC knowing he has a dog crap record at that position.

 

I doubt he is but.....it would be quite appropriate for Marty to be sitting somewhere laughing his fanny off at the decision Spanos made....I bet marty is too much of a stand up guy to do it and cared too musch about his players to wish them ill but....nobody would fault him for laughing at it all.

 

As for hoping Marty is sitting somewhere laughing his butt off with whats going on in San Diego, I second that, I would be doing the exact samething.

Schottenheimer = a no BS guy

Turner = a GMs puppet
