Why is he going to have to figure out what to do with a draft pick? Isn't that the Head Coach and GM's job? Ted Ginn was Cam Camerons pick, I seriously doubt Capers had anything to do with it.

 

You'd be surprised how well he can infiltrate a team.

 

Maybe he'll be promoted to HC once the Dolphins finish 0-16 and Cameron is canned.
