everyone laughed at buffalo for trading takeo spikes. it sucks that he's declined so much.. he was an awesome player and an awesome person, too.
Maybe the bengals or the atlanta falcons but i think the rams would be a good place for him they need some pass rushers.I think they are the worst in the league when it comes to sacks.
Kearse isn't tradeable. He has done nothing in the last couple years. They will cut him and that's that.
The Eagles so are moving away from McNabb after years of protecting him and downplaying every mistake he made. The front page of the official board has three things on it that would NEVER be there even a year ago. First, there is a headline that says "McNabb: Too Much Blame Put on Me". 2nd there is the following poll: Then Spads includes this in an article: http://www.philadelphiaeagles.com/news/Story.asp?story_id=14373&spadaro=1 The making of McNabb as the scapegoat undertones have certainly been set instead of addressing the real problems.
yep dawk, the eagles pr machine is slowly starting to plant the seeds as it has with every other player they have sent packing. mcnabb will be gone, win a lombardi with the bears or imo the vikings and we will continue to come up short because reid will still be at the helm. :icon_frown:
It won't be much, I can guarantee that. Maybe a player and a lower end pick. But nothing like a first or second rounder. Although, I can see Minny flipping a second for him.
i hear you dawk but lurie never seems to hold reid responsible for anything even though andy has complete control over every single decison made from the roster to the playcalling.
Let's face it. McNabb towed the company line for years without saying anything against management for getting him weapons or the way the coaches call the plays. It's a little too late for him to start crying about anything going on around the team right now. He made his bed, now he has to lay in it.
that may be so but this management is still not going extra step to get good enough weapons for the next qb and the coach will still call the same crap plays and lose games because the rest of the conference has passed right by him. the dave campos of the nfc have left.
man, that was a big win. there should never be any question that westbrook is this team's MVP - hands down.
Yeah, him and Brown really bailed McNabb out. He may have had a good statistical game, but he made a lot of mistakes. The fact that he doesn't throw away the ball still makes me mad.
I hear you on that one dmacizdman mcnabb was starting to really make me mad he was throwing the ball to the ground and behind the reciever. But in the fourth quarter he pulled it together and the eagles look like the eagles again.I read a article on mcnabb and it said mcnabb is close enough to be completely healthy to play at the level he use to play at so i'm looking forward to seeing what he can do to the dolphins.
It was great to see him scrambling again. While he didn't have his old burst, it's nice that he's getting better.
true, the fact is he isn't back to his old self and that is part of the problem. the frustrating part is inspite of that the eagles should have a couple more wins - greenbay / chicago - but reid cost us those games.
