It's always something with these two. Take Sunday. Terrell Owens scores four touchdowns against the Redskins in an afternoon game; Randy Moss scores four in the first half against the Bills later that night. A few years ago, Moss would bail on plays; Owens would tear apart a locker room. Owens' career has been reborn with the Cowboys; same with Moss' and the Pats. Moss catches an absurd number of scores (16) from his heart-melting, depressingly handsome quarterback; Owens catches a ridiculous number (12) from his heart-melting, depressingly handsome quarterback. It's gotta end at some point. Both have been destined for greatness, assuming they can get out of their own way. And now that they've done that, now that they're out of Minnesota and Oakland and San Francisco and Philly, now that there are no Sharpies hidden in socks or a Randy Ratio to contend with, now that Tom Walsh and Bill Parcells are long gone, two former divas are unquestionably masters of their craft. Moss isn't any better than he was before he just has a better attitude.I don't think T.O. is any better either, he just has a QB that he likes and that likes him.
I never doubt, that both are great receivers. But as SF72 says, if there teams would do bad, they will show their old egos.
I think they've always been great players, so they are no better now than they were way back when. They're just easier to deal with because they're winning football games right now. It hasn't even been twelve months since Randy Moss was the worst person to have on your football team. And we all know what T.O is like when he's unhappy. And his selfishness came through a week ago when talking about why the team was winning. He said it was because of O-Coordinator Jason Garrett and because he "utilizes me to the best of my abilities." That's textbook T.O. Pretty much saying that the Cowboys are winning because they are getting him the ball. To sum up, they're both still great, but they are incredibly selfish and that hasn't changed even though they have both been model citizens this year.
show me a great WR how isnt selfish and wants the ball and i'll produce a 18yr virgin during spring break
Marvin Harrison has never publicly admitted to wanting the ball or cry about not getting the ball, same with Steve Smith,T.J Houshmandzadeh, and theres more out there.
