Has anybody heard any update yet today about Andrews?

 

Yeah I got a little kick out of that salvation army kettle leap overall it was a really good game by the eagles.

I havent heard anything i dont think its serious though.

 

i hope not but andrews hasn't been right all year with these injuries and it's really hurt the interior o-line's play.

 

It really has but another reason is jamaal jackson did you see some of those sacks against us when they went straight up the middle jackson didnt pick up on the blitz twice and decided to help nick cole block causing mcnabb to get sacked twice hes wasnt picking up nothing he hasnt showed me nothing since last year.

 

yeah but one of those was flat out tony hunt's fault and credit should go to the dallas DC for calling the play when they saw hunt go in. that's why he doesn't get much playing time.

i wonder if they are setting him up to fail though. they say he doesn't pick up the blitz well (typical for a rookie rb) so why not call a run play to just let him get his legs moving instead of asking him to do something he has shown he doesn't do well in such a crucial situation ?

 

Did you guys listen to Reid's press conference yesterday?

Little too giddy for a coach that has a 6-8 team. Talked about finally righting the ship. Ummm, you aren't in the playoffs and never had a chance getting in, even before last night's game.

I hate to say it, but I don't see this team making much of a noise in free agency next year.

if we dont make noise in free agency this offseason we can basically say goodbye to the season to come because we need big help at WR and we could use some new players in the secondary.

 

Sure they do. The kids get Andy gift certificates to the all you can eat buffetts. He gets the boys weapons and drugs. All are happy.

I have a feeling we're going to go 0 for 4 with them. I'm so down on this team and Andy as a GM that I actually am fearing offseason moves making the team worse.

Just heard Derrick Gunn on WIP and he was saying how the players in the locker room are pretty much sick of the way the front office is letting go of the "stability" in the locker room and how they don't listen to them when they chime in on what the team could use to better itself.

He also said that Eagles veterans used to push Free Agents to look into coming to Philly. But with the frustration, that won't happen anytime soon.

When Gunn told the radio people that the team would have to overpay a bit to get players, you can imagine their, and my, reaction.

It's going to be a very looooooooong and slooooooooooow off-season.
