With the draft closing in and players meeting with teams what do you guys think the dolphins will do with the first overall pick? Personally I believe they should go with Chris Long because he seems to have the greatest upside.
Duh dude, they already have that! They should go after someone who can make a killer lasagna. Few more years and they can all open a restraunt...:icon_rolleyes:
If the dolphins dont trade down they will take a offensive lineman. You guys also need a starting QB so ryan isnt out of the question.
I feel like the safest pick and the most needed is Jake Long. I think the they'll end up taking Chris Long.
Matt Ryan is so out of the question for them, he's not worth a first overall pick. I feel like they could take Jake Long, because he's definitely a franchise Tackle for years to come and would protect whoever their starting QB is going to be body and open up some room for Ronnie Brown. But I can also see them taking Chris Long because you know how the Big Tuna likes to pick, he likes to pick defensive players.
Jake Long would make all the sense in the world. If your going to rebuild a franchise, you build from the left tackle onwards.
