    yes he did. he almost came out of retirement once to play with the raiders in the playoffs the year we went to the super bowl, but some other team was going to sign him or some crap so he didn't. then he came out to play with the ravens that one year

    And as far as the paperwork is concerned, that is only for Favre to get some sort of check. He is actually helping the Packers by waiting to sign them. Something to do with the salary cap...:dontknow:
