True..very true. I wish someone would teach him to wrap his arms more when he tackles instead of just trying to dive at the legs of a runner. That frustrates me.

 

I've never had a problem with his tackling or movement toward the ball carrier, its his coverage.. Usually Ike Taylor can handle his own but Now Ike will be on the other side so we really need Polamalu to stay up top when asked.

 

Do you know off hand how much longer he is under contract with the Steelers?

He's signed up for a while...4 more years I believe. They just worked him a deal last season for 5 years...

I don't have a problem with most of his stuff. I'd like to see him wrap more when he tackles, but for the most part he makes the play when he needs to. I think some of the problems have been that the coaches kind of let him run around like a maniac with what seems to be no order.

I think he gets himself out of position sometimes and I think it's his fault as well as the coaches fault that he does that. I can't fully blame him for that.

If he has a piss poor season this year, I'm going to have a problem. I do like him and his style, I just wish they would have him be a little more disciplined.

As far as his training goes...meh...

Thats horrible..

 

I posted that in the Headlines...that sucks!!! If they try to sell it, with how dumb some criminals are, they could possibly track them down...

 

All of a sudden I am excited about the Steelers for this coming year. I really like their draft and the good news coming from the organization. The AFC North won't be easy and the schedule is tought but I am optimistic now.
