The "I Just Watched This Movie" Thread.

The Water Horse- Legend Of The Deep. It's not really my kind of movie but it did keep my attention so it wasn't bad. If you like the Free Willy type of movies then you'd love it. Just not my cup of tea.

 

Just saw Iron Man with Robert Downey Jr., great fun movie....his comedic timing is great.

 

Just watched it too. The movie was great I can'r wait to get a better copy so I can watch it again. When I thought of Downy Jr as super hero it didn't fit but after seeing the movie he was great in it. Bridges really looked the part in being the villan

Michael Clayton. Very smart and I probably liked it more than most since I work at a big law firm. Very good movie I thought.

 

American History X. Great and shocking movie.

 

Recently saw Killer Diller, I enjoyed it.

Just saw Curious George. It's pretty good and stays pretty true to the original story. Soundtrack is great if you like Jack Johnson.

Lonesome Jim - 3.5 of 5 stars
I actually never heard of this Buscemi directed movie until it came on Showtime this afternoon. It starred Casey Affleck & Liv Tyler who were both very good. For a movie about depression, it was hilarious. Evil is a great character. I would have rated it even higher if it wasn't for the cheesy ending.

Evil: What do you think of that weed?
Jim: It's a little strong.
Evil (matter-of-factly): Yeah, I put a little crack in it.

Sounds pretty good...I'll have to see if it plays again.

watched mr. woodcock today i thought it was funny

 

saw "Charlie Wilson's War" a little while ago. i liked it, though it's not one i need to see a bunch of times.

Phillip Seymore Hoffman was hilarious in it, and i thought he made the whole movie

 

That's next on my blockbusteronline queue, but Blockbuster hasn't sent it to me yet even though I returned a movie on Wednesday. :icon_evil:

 

i think you'll like it, Dawk. Hoffman's reason enough to see it. he's hysterical in it
