I say "1"? You say the best player to ever wear that number, current or former. Then you say "2"? etc. We go in order. At the end of the game (when we get to 99), whichever team has the most players who are the best at their number wins. Please copy and paste the results onto your post so we can keep track. And please be honest. Don't be a homer. I'll start:

    0/00?

P.S. I just remembered. If the player was on more than one team, you just pick whichever team he was most well known for being on/better on. Remember, NO HOMERS TOLERATED.

I'm not offended by the goobered comment because I'm not goobered but think about this, not everyone that's going to play this game is going to go into great search mode looking for some numbers, as I said he was the only one I could think of but you're going to get a whole of flack if you decide that your choices are much better then everyone elses. Enjoy playing with yourself.

It's my game and I say Sweets can keep it as Russell even though it is goobered. Please you don't have to do a whole big search but don't do the first person who comes to mind. Make it serious, no homers. New Rule: No '08 rookies. For these low numbers you could google punters and kickers if you can't think of a good enough QB. And also, you're allowed to suggest someone else and they can change it if they want.
