"Welcome to Death Row." one of my favorite documentaries. even though i am no longer a fan of rap (at least nothing new), Death Row Records was pretty big while i was growing up. highly recommended

The Diving Bell And The Butterfly - 3 of 5 :buttrock:
There were parts of this film that I loved and parts that did absolutely nothing for me. It seemed like it tried too hard to be a masterpiece, which to me, it wasn't. A lot of the shots were great, but personally, I never really got a feel for who Bauby truly was. While I enjoyed the film overall, the lack of connection with the main character made it fall short in my eyes (not singular blinking eye).

    Slightly less than intriguing.

"Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" another timeless classic

Juno - I thought this was really good. It was smart funny, not hysterical, fall out of your chair funny. Ellen Page was perfect for that role.

We Own the Night - I thought this was pretty good, it just felt like it was missing something (life?). The story was great but the dialog and acting didn't do it for me. Should have been more considering who was in it.

"The Verdict" with Paul Newman. not a bad courtroom drama at all, though i don't think it's anything i'd watch multiple times

The Woodsman. I thought it was really pointless. It was filmed in Philly, though. :icon_acool:

yeah, i just finished the new "Rambo." one of the bloodiest movies i've ever seen. the script and acting was pretty tacky at times, but great action and lots of body parts flying all over the place
