He's been controlling his moods very nicely since he got to Dallas. I think it has to do with him not getting his period anymore ever since he became pregnant with Romo's child. I'm just sorry he couldn't learn his lessons and grow up a little before he came to Philly.
Oh don't act so smug about it. Look at the guys history. Like the track record isn't there. :icon_rolleyes:
But the fact remains that he has behaved himself in Dallas. Why? Because he's winning, and he's getting paid. Sometimes, that's the best medicine for a "trouble maker". Look at Randy Moss...and look at Chad Johnson when he lands on a team that will take advantage of his abilities, and pays him what he's worth.
Getting paid and winning?:icon_rolleyes: So he wasn't winning in Philadelphia when he played in the Super Bowl? In fact Dallas, the only place he hasn't acted up, is the only team he hasn't won a playoff game with. And is there really that big of a difference between 7 years, 42 million and 4 years, 34 million? Sorry, but your simple formula fails horribly. The reason he's behaved himself: because he finally understood that if he pulled the crap he pulled in Philly and San Fran again, a team might not be willing to give him a chance and pay him the money he wanted. Do you really think he wouldn't have learned his lesson sooner or later? Switch the scenarios of Dallas and Philly and you'd get the same result.
He was winning in Philly, but he wasn't getting paid...he was never going to see those $49 million...
That. And, his return to Philly was a very fun and memorable game, so in the end, everybody wins (especially battery producers).
Wow, with all that money and his new laugh of a tv show he'll be rollin' in $. All his crap, he isn't worth the hassle... he only behaved himself to get the contract you cowgirls gave him. Just wait and see.
Screw he worth it - good job cowboys to get the man locked in - heck home boy produces and seems happy at the cowboys.... The same cant be said with my raiders - I dont know what the heck al davis was thinking by throwing javon walker all that cash - he dont deserve to be mentioned in the same breath as Randy or TO when it comes to productivity... Randy Moss for a 4th round pick too last year - I know he was a pain in the butt and had to go but a hecken 4th round pick - heck come on? Javon Walker is a freaking joke.
The Vikings pick up Bernard Berrian, and you wanna criticize T.O for dropped passses... you're serious? In case you didn't watch the NFL Last season, Terrell Owens didn't have a problem with dropped passes, until the pro-bowl... which doesn't matter. Now, you want to add a broken finger, and a season before, i'll give it to you. But not now, You better keep your eyes on your own team for now.
He drops the ball no more than any other WR - just when he did it, it was mentioned through 103 media outlets...
yeah let's see ... you're comparing TWO contracts to ONE. gotta love that mexican math boy.
REP. (1st time I've ever given it. You should be proud!) :icon_cheesygrin: Yes sir, captain, sir. But, wait. What's this? T.O. leading the NFC in dropped passes? AGAIN? Funny....I don't see Bernard Berrian in the top 20. Hmmmm. Oh, well. I'll resume "worrying" about my own team. I stand corrected. The Fort Worth Star-Telegram says he lead the NFL with 17 dropped passes. Be a TO fan/apologist if you want, but don't ignore the facts. Mkay? Wonderful, useful thing called www.Google.com
funny only the bad gets reported on bc on 11/18/08 he WR Terrell Owens, who leads NFC with 855 yards receiving (50 catches) and eight TDs, has three straight 100-yard games. and that from what 2 yrs ago whenbig bill was still there
LMAO NICE GOOGLE!!!.... too bad Terrell Owens had 81 Catches, 15 touchdowns last season. Way to mis-read your article search, and use his Broken Finger season against him. So, Be a TO hater if you want, but don't ignore the facts. Mkay? Dropped Passes is not even an official stat, therefore you're not going to find it anywhere. But watching all 17 games, I know drops was not a concern for Terrell Owens.
