For those of us who argue whether our team is better than yours, here is a fun way to settle this. It doesn't matter which team can win the game on the field, but whose mascot can kick the crap out of the other. So, we set up this contest to determine the most fierce NFL mascot in existence. Now, before I receive emails that this is unfair since some NFL teams do not have a mascot, let me assure you that we took that into account. Some of these teams have unofficial mascots. For the other teams, we simply used an image that best represents that team. There are also cases where a team has several mascots. To keep the competition fair, meaning no tag-team duels, we chose one of the mascots for this competition. Keeping with the NFL spirit, the teams are divided up into two sections: the AFC and the NFC. The tournament is very simple. Which mascot is more fierce than the other -- can a panther beat a bird? What about a fireman vs. a dolphin? Just keep in mind that this contest is meant to be lighthearted. Have fun, and think back to when you were in your elementary school lunch room, arguing with your chums about a Batman vs. the Hulk fight. First-round results and quarterfinal matchups will commence on Tuesday, June 10. Vote
Can anyone else's mascot catch a pass in the EZ from David Garrard? Nope. :icon_cool: [Before anyone asks, yes it happened last year at a home game, not sure which one.]
If KC Wolf doesn't win, then this whole thing is a sham! [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HQq32xUa_E0"]YouTube - KC Wolf[/ame]
If this epic battle takes place in 12 feet of water you're all toast! TD's record speaks for itself! He was selected to the Pro Bowl in 1999, 2001, 2003 and 2004 and was the first NFL mascot to participate in the Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio, in 2001.:icon_thumright:
How does that make him fiercest??? KC Wolf is a friggin' animal, and will herd fans into security!!! How many times does that happen underwater??? :lolsign:
