well we only used it for MNF because we have game day threads that go unused otherwise.

nls has a private chat function...what about that? you can send instant messages and a box pops up to chat privately. could be good for the tramp thread if you'd like to take a tramp into a "private room."

 

A good idea would be what Facebook.com has now, if anyone uses it they'll know what I mean. They have a chat client embedded into the site and it comes up as a toolbar at the bottom of your screen.
