i kinda thought this was supposed to be a joke....whoever says eli is better cause he has a ring is goobered and should just kill themselves. no other position gets judged like that, and its bullcrap because a team wins a ring not a QB....by your theory brandon jacobs is better than tomlinson...toomer, burress, and smith are all FAR superior to randy moss, TO, andre johnson...ect. All of their lineman are better than Walter Jones or steve hutchinson. Kawika Mitchell is better than urlacher or any other LB without a ring. Im not done, Trent Dilfer and eli manning are both way better than Jim kelly or dan marino. Willie parker is better than barry sanders, RW mcquarters is better than champ bailey...see how ridiculous your thought process is?

A superbowl is a team achievement. I can't believe people picked Manning because of that. Next, they'll be saying Brandon Jacobs is greater than Barry Sanders.
I agree with K Train. Superbowls are won by teams not by one player. One other way to determine the greatness of an individual player other than stats and records is if they changed the way their positon is played.
