Which Team Stinks In '08?

Sorry Niner fans, but I think your QB situation is a mess and I'm not convinced about Nolan as a coach. I think he's on the dole and you guys have the #1 pick in the 2009 draft.

Who do you all think is going to stink?

 

The rebuilding process in Atlanta, after the Vick era, will be slow and painful.

I agree...the 49ers and Falcons will be the worst teams in '08.

There are also several teams an injury or two away from sucking for the year, like the Rams proved in '07.

 

I'm going to buck the trend and go with a team that had a decent/good season last year and say the Bucs will suck this year.

 

nah Chris Bob is correct. the 49ers are once again gonna blow donkey rod. Alex Smith is a waste and with no depth whatsoever at QB and nothing at WR... I can hear it now... with the first overall pick of the 2009 NFL draft the 49ers select...... another BUST

 

I agree with the teams mentioned, but I think the Dolphins will have the #1 pick again in this upcoming draft. I also think the Lions could be picking in the top ten this year.

 

No way. The Dolphins will flirt with .500 this season, and could even make it. Bill Parcells makes miracles, and if you don't believe me, take a look at the 2003 Dallas Cowboys roster. He took that team to the play-offs.

The Dolphins will be way better...the Lions not so much...I still think the Falcons and 49ers are the worst teams in the league.

 

I agree about the dolphins a healthy ronnie brown is going to be a huge diffrence.

 

I gotta go with the 49ers. How Mike Nolan still has a job there, i'd love to know.

 

I agree with TJ, Dolphins will be around .500 at best probably 8-8, worst 6-10. Chiefs, Falcons, Niners and Raiders will be down at the bottom. I'll go with the Falcons getting the #1 overall.

 

I'd have to go with the Falcons too. Unfortunately someone has to be at the bottom and I think the Falcons are it this year.

 

I cast my vote for the Raiders. Sure, McFadden will help them, but there are too many question marks elsewhere.

 

I'm not so down on the Falcons purely because the NFC South is very open. I do expect the Saints to be a lot better but if Turner and Norwood can form a decent running game, Ryan can be worked in slowly and things can slowly start to get better.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not pimping them for post season but I can see them winning 5 and with a few breaks, maybe 6 or 7. It will be a solid base to build on. Anything is better than the terrible events of the last year for the Falcons.

 

i think the falcons are going to suck butt this year and i can see the browns slipping back into craptyness i am not sold on them at all

I'm putting the Phins back in the bottom five again this year, and the Chiefs will go at least 8-8.

This is gonna be an awesome year for competition in the AFC West (back to normal) and I think the Raiders will beat us in Oakland, and probably tie us in the Division.

 

I love what the Chiefs done in the draft but I think it's 2009 before we start to see signs of a recovery. I'm not convinced at what they have at QB which means Bowe and Tony G can't be fully effective if they struggle and that in turn hurts the good RB corps.

I think they'll go about the same record as 2008 but it will be better in terms of performance and promise for the future.
