I love that film. How creepy was Jackie Earle Haley as Ronald?

    Seriously creepy.

The pool scene was messed up.

Yeah, the pool scene was great. So was the swing set one towards the end of the movie.

No that swing set scene wasn't.

    WTF???

Whoever made that movie had one sick sense of humor.

He wasn't looking for humor. He made a movie that stuck with you after watching it.

    The narration was good.

I liked the way he explained what was going on.

All those grownups acting like children.

Agreed. The complexity of the characters was excellent.

Your mentioning of the narration reminded me of how funny it was when he was doing the commentary of what happened in the football game.

I'm sure this is a great movie if you could stay awake, but 20 minutes into this snoozefest I had to turn it off. I just couldn't do it.

A disturbing movie that will make you angry because it's based on a true story. Catherine Keener was excellent in it, as was Ellen Page. The main thing that took anything away from it was some of the child actors. The film will piss you off, but it's a good flick.

Waitress- Pretty interesting actually. You really start rooting for the lead character.

Martian boy- only caught the last half of this, but I liked it.

I watched part of that yesterday. What I saw was good. The woman who wrote and directed that played the role of Dawn (she was the one that fell in love with the stalker).

In real life she ended up being murdered while walking into a robbery in progress in her office building. Her name is Adrienne Shelly. So sad.

My wife told me that. And the little girl at the very end was her daughter.
