When Orton gets his feet set properly, he can be accurate down the field. It's when he gets the happy feet that his passes sail and look horrible.

 

Having a legit running game makes so much difference though. I mean look at 2006 when the Bears had a solid 1/2 punch with Thomas Jones and Benson....Grossman was able to look good at times.....the pass protection is still shaky though. I'm surprised Orton only got sacked once so far.
