Plain and simple, our "vaunted" OL, in particular the Tackles have been crap in pass protection. This is a unit that kept Romo's jersey clean against a very good Eagles pass rush, and is getting freaking owned by the Bengals and Cardinals, which out of those two team, the best edge rusher is Betrand freaking Berry The running game has been inconsitant, but even if we cant run in a particular game, if Romo gets time, he will rock defences. Romo hasnt played bad, and hell today he had a good game. But we just cant execute our offence because we dont have time to let crap develop. Barber caught 11 freaking passes today Thats just too many dumpoffs caused because Romo could get the ball downfield
That and the playcalling... Barber stepped up in the passing game he was great. Still same old story with the playcalling. Are we a passing team or a running team, Garrett and Wade don't know. Notice how we didn't use any playaction this week. I couldn't recall one playaction pbutt. Colombo was pure crap today as well. This passing attack is pissing me off. We need to get Owens involved early, whether it be simple 10 yard curl routes which is almost always open on or 30 yard posts down the field. Get him INVOLVED! We need to stretch the field early in games whether the defence is there or not. OJ Atogwe is a ballhawk I hope he doesn't pick the crap out of Romo next week. Romo didn't throw any picks but he fumbled a ton, he needs to stop that crap if we want to take a serious run at the super bowl.
He's got small hand, fumbling is gonna be an issue. Kinda like Adams and his false starts. If Romo is getting hit alot, he is gonna be in danger of putting the ball on the ground. Im just perplexed by what has gone on with the OL the past few games, starting with the second half of the GB game. We owned Kampman and whoever the heck played the other side (Jenkins and or KGB) but n the second half they were in Romo's face

They could. Im worried about Little. He is the type of guy that can give Flo problems. But at the same time if Flo and Colombo are on there game, we have an airtight pocket against even the best pass rush's (alot of people remember the playoff loss, but forget that the regular season game we had our way with the Giants front 7). It just remains to be seen if they are on there game

i thought owens already explained what was wrong ? seriously though, it well known that if you pressure romo he struggles bigtime, knif of like what happens to most qb's when they are pressured/hit.
as long as it takes him 4 weeks and not more than that i think we will be alright its all the other headcaees we have that bother me
Ya, we have a team that can win with Johnson. I stress can, its definatly not a given. Hell in today's NFL Todd Collins can come the bench and reach baller status
