true but the numbers dont lie

 

a good amount those bad numbers are from before myers coming back from the minors.

before being shipped he lost aton on the road. after he came back he was around .500 away. huge improvement.

plus wins don't tell the whole story, did myers have some have quality starts that the bullpenn coughed up ? piss poor run support ?

When Myers is on though, he's much more dominant than Moyer. Plus Moyer really struggled in his last start.

Hopefully Myers can get a quick first inning and have the hook working tonight.

It will be interesting if we can convert a 0-2 after the first inning into a win.

Myers escaps out of the first with just 2 runs allowed. That's still ok.
