watched star wars episodes I and II yesterday. the new ones are good, but no where near as good as the origionals

 

just watched The Lazarus Project. Boring movie. the last 10 min are the best part. I'd give it a 1-5 that might be too generous

 

"King of Kong: A Fistful of Quarters." love this movie. Billy Mitchell is an ass

 

Would you recommend it?

if you like documentaries, and this one's kinda goofy, and almost feels like a parody doc like the Christopher Guest flicks.

I was watching Traitor earlier on HBO, but I've seen it too many times.

 

"Identity." very underrated. i love this movie. very creepy with a smart script/story



"Snow Angels." one hell of a depressing movie, but very well done. i can see how a lot of people wouldn't enjoy this one, but i really liked it. great acting and writing

 

i love it when amc has rocky week. just saw the end of rocky II

watched "1408" on halloween. love this movie. i was surprised that the blu-ray edition only has the director's cut and doesn't have the original, as it didn't say anything on the back about it. but, seeing the different ending again makes me appreciate it more and it seems to make more sense to end it that way. very good and creepy movie

 

in my plane rides I saw 3 movies

baby mama - terrible, absolutely terrible
mama mia - for a musical with a terrible premise, it wasn't that bad actually, the girl who played meryl streep's daughter was gorgeous
Journey to the center of the earth - cheesy, some cool special effects, brendan fraser is horrific as an actor, the chick in it was pretty hot

 

Have you watched the new animated Star Wars movie? The Clone Wars.

 

nah. i was going to over the summer, but then i had my dental surgery, and after that i was back in school so i havent had time. ive seen the animaV on cartoon network. its alright. i like it, but the movies are much better

Aw, dammit. I missed all the good Rocky movies. I only own the first one and try to watch 2-4 whenever they're on tv.

 

Watched The Contender (2000) the other night, wow easily one of my favorite political movies. God love the trick Daniels pulls at the end of the movie. I'm gonna watch Eden Lake tonight.

 

and rocky week continues. tonight was rocky V. by far my least favorite rocky movie, but id still rather watch it than alot of other things

 

ended up watching "The Strangers" again. i'm surprised by how much i ended up liking it. not for everybody

it was pretty damn good, if you don't want to watch it at the theaters at least rent it, you won't be disappointed
