I can't find a place to post this as it's own thread, but I have a question or two. How many personal records have been set this year? How many team records got set this year? Also, how many NFL records?
Highest scoring week ever this week. NFL sets point-scoring record in Week 12 Redskins set a NFL record of most pass attempts without a pick.
:cheersbeer: :grumpy: You and me both rudrods... That's the kind of stuff I'm looking for! Good job RB! :yahoo:
I think Ware broke the NFL record for most consecutive games with a sack? and didn't Brees break the record last night for most consecutive games with a pass of over 40 yards? Ed Reeds 108 yard int return was another record.
Favre got his 500th TD pass, or so I heard... Of course, that would've be more impressive without those 879 INTs :icon_confused:
Deuce McCallister broke the Saints all time TD mark last night. Brees is on pace to shatter Marino's 5084 yd passing mark. Not really a record yet.... Ed Reed broke his own record for Longest INT return, 108 yds. Wes Welker broke the record of consecutive games with 6+ receptions to start a season. (Jimmy Smith) Tony Gonzales broke most recieving yards by a TE (Shannon Sharpe) Longest Overtime FG by Sebastian Janikowski 57yds (Chris Jacke in 96) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2008_NFL_season#Milestones
Atlanta set a franchise record against Oakland by only allowing 3 first downs and 70 (?) total yards.
And thank you very much for doing so kind sir! :gday: I was just making the general statement that the Raiders suck stabes! It's not very often us Chiefs fans get to talk any sort of smack this year! :cheersbeer:
