Alot of times winning has liitle to do with value. Things like market size, venues and merchendising are all huge in determining a teams value. One of the best examples of this is the Skinks and Cowboy's in the NFL. *The Skins became the most valuable franchise in the NFL when they opened there new stadium, the Cowboy's however leapfrogged them when they announced there new stadium. The Eagles, who also recently opened a new stadium are also in the top 5 *Not sure of the accuracy of the Skins statement. I cant remember if it was the stadium that made them the most valuable franchise
