Larry Johnson and Tamba Hali did not participate in today's practice. "Nothing was a surprise," said coach Todd Haley, who would not elaborate. "Everything was legit and we're aware of what's going on." Speaking of Johnson, Haley complimented him today, something he has been reluctant to do with not just Johnson but any player."He made some runs in the last practice I thought were pretty special," Haley said. "I was very encouraged by a couple of those. Those flashed at me and the coaches to where you say, 'That was pretty good.' If Larry continues to work and stay on point and do the things asked of him, he'll definitely have a chance to help us." Source: Kansas City Star
Good for Larry. I hope he can stay on the straight and narrow and that our O line helps him get some good runs.
I hope he gets more than that....like the swift kick in the butt he so badly seems to need. :icon_evil:
