Malcolm Jenkins is hoping to play cornerback as a rookie for the Saints, but safety appears to be a possibilty as well. Jenkins played both positions in college at Ohio State. New Orleans might need Jenkins more at safety than corner, however, because of their solid trio (Tracy Porter, Jabari Greer and Randall Gay) at cornerback.

Really nothing new at this but my guess is that he is still going to play corner

All the press have been saying since the combine is that he should play safety because of his speed. Well - what the article doesn't mention is that the Saints besides Sharper, who everyone by the way expect to make the team also have Usama Young who played corner last year but is being transfered to safety as well as Chip Vaughn, who were drafted in round 4 and who impressed at rookie camp, and that is just the new guys at the position

ROFL @ solid trio. There has been one thing solid about the Saints' defense - they suck. :/ hopefully that changes this season.

Well they did get rid of Bullocks and KK and I still hope that we might see "the predator" back in black & gold.

Besides I think with Williams we're going to see a very different D# - I really like the first reports out of OTA's. Sound like the Offense gets a lot more opposition than they're used to
