Raiders beat writer David White reports via his Twitter page that, "It's official: Darrius Heyward-Bey is back practicing for the first time in a month with no-longer sore hamstring." Source: David White, Twitter
It takes time for rookies to adjust to the NFL. Plus he's only practiced 4 times so far. He's a very bright kid who has great work ethics and he'll be fine. He just raw and has great potential who needs time. IMO in couple of years he'll be very good player.
Yea I am a Dolphin fan who was happy to see that, but at least the Pats can make it to the playoffs. As for DHB, he is a major work in progress, I would not get my hopes on him preforming at a steady basis for at least until his third year, thats the avergae time it takes for a WR to transition to the NFL. That is if Al doesn't go crazy again and fire all the coaches and changing the offensive schemes making it even harder for a young player to transition.
Only if you're bigger than the other guy, I'd love for a Raider heifer to talk crap to me, she'd get a 49er beat down....Talking crap is about all the Raider fans I know do, most of em are fairly ignorant when it comes to actually discussing nuances of the game or team. And before you go off Daddy, my remarks aren't directed towards you. I'm really curious to see how DBH plays this season especially with being the #7 pick and all, I just hope and pray we got the better player all the way around.
old news boys, all that matters is next season and I know my team will be in th playoffs at least challenging for another title. You Oakland fans are just frustrated and I understand and feel sorry...Unfortunately as long as Al Davis is pushing the buttons Oakland won't achieve more than mediocrity.
