A source with knowledge of the March 14 collision between Brown receiver Donte' Stallworth's vehicle and 59-year-old Mario Reyes tells us that a video of the accident exists. Per the source, the footage was shot by a nearby surveillance camera that monitors the gates to Reyes' workplace. We're told that the video shows Reyes walking into the highway in an area that does not contain a crosswalk, and ultimately walking directly into the path of Stallworth's Bentley.

I'd like to see that video, except for the part where he actually gets smacked with the car.

I love how the hottest NFL news this summer has been about Mike Vick getting out of jail, and Donte Stallworth killing someone.

HH...On youtube it shows paramedics tending to the victim and cops giving Stallworth a soberity test and shows his car being towed away.

That's not what I want to see.

I want to see if this guy was text messaging and walked between cars into a high speed traffic zone.

Is this just a rumor do you think?

    Maybe there isn't any video?

a couple of diff sites said that there is "graphic" video of it...give it awhile...if the police just released it..someone will get ahold of it and post it.

How long do you think it will take for it to get leaked?

I dunno but one site said that this video contains graphic images...I didn't see anything graphic.

I don't want to see the graphic part.

Just the part where I can make a judgement on who was at fault myself.

I don't trust our justice system.

In order to make a judgement I would think that one would have to see
    the graphic part of it...IMO

Someone will file a Freedom Of Information Act and get it released. I say it gets leaked first. But wtf do I no?

Mike Florio was on the local sports talk radio yesterday and he says the man walked right out in front of D.S.'s car. There was nothing he could have done even if he was sober. Florio is an attorney himself and he said in the state of Florida the prosecution has to be able to prove alcohol played a part in the accident. He doesn't believe they had a case in which they could have done so. That's why the sentence was so "soft".
