Perhaps the bigger injury issue for the Eagles is tight end Cornelius Ingram once again missed practice with knee swelling and the team sent the rookie fifth-round pick for an MRI this morning. With tight end Matt Schobel also sidelined by a calf injury, the Eagles have just two healthy tight ends in camp -- starter Brent Celek and undrafted rookie Eugene Bright. The team worked out a trio of tight ends during practice this morning, but didn't sign anyone. Source: Philadelphia Inquirer
We should still be ok its not like he was the starter and we seemed to be fine when Lj was hurt last year.
It does take away a weapon from the eagles. After the draft people were talking about how the eagles added play makers at WR, RB and TE. Now they only have two of them.
Yea i guess but even adding 2 of them helps. Our offense was pretty good anyway the problem was short yardage. We lost to the bears and the 1st skins game because of short yardage. The eagles added leonard weaver which i think is gonna be a big help more than people think. If you look at the eagles last year they dident lose any games besides the ravens by more than a touchdown.
