I have to say that I was very impressed with Mike Vicks performance 4 of 4 and 19 yards against the Jaguars. He did very well for being out of the game for 2 years. If I where Mcnabb OF COURSE I would be worried abot my job because the bottom line is in all sports THE BEST MAN starts at ANY position including QB.... the fans chanting for Vick and Vick improving week by week and Mcnabb Struggling during the season.. come on What do you think is gonna happen? Mcnabb will get benched just like he got benched before.. but this time !! if Vick replaces him.... Mcnabb is Done... with the few plays I saw Vick run he looked really good and "IF" Mcnabb struggles... VICK will start...

few things

2) the best players do not start at every position, thats a myth....coaches do favor players and mcnabb is reids boy.

3) vick wasnt brought in to supplant mcnabb, he wasnt brought in to sell tickets, and he wasnt brought in to sell jerseys, he was brought in to backup mcnabb and possibly make a few plays as a "weapon", maybe contribute enough to get this team over the hump thats been blocking them out of a superbowl for years...is he a viable option if mcnabb goes down? well we dont know but im gonna say probably.

4) he looked good? really? lets take the eagles sunglasses off for a sec and look at the reality of how much he played. A high school QB could complete 4 passes for 19 yards and manage a 1 yard gain. If you think he looked good then youve never seen vick play. I dont care how long hes been out of it, dan marino hasnt played in years but im sure he could come in and do that...hes a pro athlete and played football his whole life....come on, lets be serious here

 

I so hope he sticks around...
