Buffalo Bills coach twinky Jauron has informed the team that Turk Schonert is out as offensive coordinator and that Alex Van Pelt, the quarterback coach, is expected to replace him, a source said. Jauron will address the media in a press conference at 1:30 eastern. Schonert has been trying to implement a no-huddle offense this summer, but the result have been horrible.

    Jauron Announces Schonert Firing

After rewatching this press conference I can safely say this team is a cluster heck right now. Firing the OC will not fix the problems. Firing the GM and HC will. A local columnist pwned Jaron during the press conference yesterday using Jauron's own words against him.

He said the Bills did not "gameplan" for the preseason games. He then said Turk was fired for not "producing". Make up your mind twinky. What did you want the man to do? Did you know the Bills actually practice those 3 yard passes in practice? Seriously. Yes the OC sucked but he is a product of a crapty system, twinky Jauron's crapty system. Screw Jauron.

One more thing. Jauron said this was his decision to make. Coincidentally, our Detroit residing senile owner was actually in Buffalo. Hmm....

I do like AVP as the new OC I forgot to mention. For a couple seasons after retiring he was the color analyst on Bills radio broadcasts. He was smart as hell and often critical of the Bills offense for not making adjustments. He's young and inexperienced as an OC but maybe this is what he's been groomed for. I wish him the best of luck. Too bad he'll probably be fired short of an improbable playoff run along with the entire Jauron staff at the end of the season. I still wouln't cross the street to piss on Jauron if he was on fire.
    Go Bills. :bills:

With all of the OCs fired lately, maybe the NFL should change its initials to the NPL-No Patience League.
